Attorney Joseph “Joe” Burns is a savvy senior trial attorney who has handled significant matters involving catastrophic injury, death, significant property damage, and commercial litigation matters with multimillion dollar liability exposure. Joe has over 37 years of experience representing corporate clients and advising some of the nations most sophisticated law departments and individuals, guiding them through complex legal matters. Joe is a respected practitioner and former managing partner of a midsized Hartford law firm prior to joining CLG. In his current role, Joe serves as CLG’s Head of Litigation and directs and manages all litigation matters assigned to the firm.
Joe is admitted to the Connecticut bar, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the Mohegan Tribal Court and Gaming Disputes Court, and the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court. He received his J.D. from Western New England University School of Law and his B.A. degree, from Boston University.
